Serving Arizona for 40 years

Roadrunner Sealcoat and Repair will take care of all your paving and asphalt needs.

Sealcoating is applying a protective liquid to asphalt s to shield it from water, oil, UV rays, and chemicals, preventing cracks and extending pavement life, This preventative maintenance beautifies faded pavement, stops oxidation, and fills small imperfections, saving money long-term compared to full replacement.

Sealing cracks involves using rubberized asphalt to fill gaps and prevent moisture/air intrusion,. Proper preparation in cleaning pavement, and using the right sealant (e.g., polyurethane for concrete, hot-applied for roads) are key to a durable fix. Prevents water from entering and weakening the base, stopping deterioration.

Pavement striping, also known as pavement marking or line striping, is the process of applying paint, thermoplastics, or specialized tapes to asphalt or concrete surfaces to create lines, symbols, and patterns that guide traffic and delineate space.

An asphalt overlay is a pavement maintenance process where a fresh layer of new asphalt is applied directly over an existing asphalt surface. This technique is used to restore the appearance and functionality of driveways, parking lots, and roads without the high cost of a complete replacement.

Fully removing the existing pavement structure down to the soil (subgrade) and replacing it entirely.

Slurry seal is a preventative maintenance surface treatment applied to existing asphalt pavements to extend their lifespan. It is a cold-mix liquid consisting of a precise mixture of asphalt emulsion (oil), waterfine aggregate (crushed rock and sand), and additives.  Type II is the most common type. It uses aggregate up to 6.4mm and is used on residential streets to correct moderate wear and raveling.

In asphalt paving and resurfacing, utility adjustment (also known as “raising to grade”) is the process of repositioning underground utility access points—such as manholes, water valves, and storm drains—to align perfectly with the elevation of a new pavement surface.

Concrete curbing is a continuous, permanent border made of concrete that is used to define boundaries, control drainage, and enhance the visual appeal of a property. It is typically either poured-in-place using forms or extruded into a seamless line using specialized machinery. We install new concrete curbing as well as remove and replace existing curbing that has deteriorated.

Wheel stops, also known as parking blocks or curb stops, are barriers placed at the end of parking spaces to prevent vehicles from overreaching the stall and damaging sidewalks, landscaping, or walls.  We install new wheel stops as well as remove and replace existing wheel stops that have deteriorated.

Speed bumps in paving are traffic-calming devices designed to reduce vehicle speeds, typically to 2–10 mph, to enhance pedestrian safety in areas like parking lots and residential streets. Asphalt is the most common permanent solution; it integrates seamlessly with existing pavement and can last up to 30 years with maintenance.
